PCC Elections – 2 May 2024

Police and Crime Commissioners (PCCs) are normally elected every four years. Due to the Covid pandemic the last election was in May 2021; the next election is scheduled for Thursday 2 May 2024.

You need photographic ID such as a passport or driving licence to vote at a polling station. If you don’t have any photographic ID, you can apply for free Voter ID at
The deadline to apply before the PCC elections on 2 May is 5pm on Wednesday 24 April 2024.
